RUOK Day at LIHS

Journalist: Tori Henderson (Year 7)

Editor: Ms McLoughlin

LIHS supported RUOK day on Thursday, the 10th of September. Students showed support by wearing crazy socks to school and bringing in a gold coin donation. This is an important day which advocates for people to have conversations with others to reduce suicide and mental health issues. Take a look at our interview with Mrs Norman, who organised the event at our school.

It was a great day! Take a look at the photos (below) featuring some of our favourite crazy socks.

Well done to all students and teachers involved in this awesome day promoting awareness and important conversations.
